The Role
The Sr. Innovation Product Line Manager - Emerging Brands will join an invigorate an inspired product team aimed at delivering compelling research and consumer-led solutions for humans of all abilities. Adapting to the needs of two dynamic brands, AHNU and Teva, this role will curate and manage key Innovation Initiatives and facilitate the flow of research and brand priorities between groups.

Your Impact
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to :
- 1. Project Management . Accountable for data entry, accountability and approval for product line management systems where applicable. Track and champion Innovation projects that support in-line opportunities and emerging frontiers. Create and manage a comprehensive workstream, project flow, and product implementation process with product leadership and inline product leaders.
- 2. Innovation Initiative coordination and prioritization . Work with both the central Deckers Innovation team and brand partners to set Initiative strategies and supporting projects.
- 3. Athlete Service . Liaison with brand and Innovation partners to source competitive solutions for athletes.
- 4. Concept Education : Lead in regular quarterly share outs to the broader product team on new discoveries and ongoing concepts. Summarize and present opportunities from ongoing Innovation projects to product teams before seasonal kick-offs.

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
