Accounts Receivable Specialist Duties and Responsibilities
An Accounts Receivable Specialist manages incoming payments, properly tracking them into the system to maintain accurate bookkeeping records.
An Accounts Receivable Specialist has the following requirements:
- In office full time
- Tech Savvy
- Match up payments taken by branches with deposits
- Check credit references
- Help branches with payment questions
- Answer phones
- Collect payment from customers and accurately record it into the system
- Update client accounts based on payment or contact information
- Clean background
- Good attitude
- Reliable transportation to Clearwater
- Available 8am-5pm Monday-Friday every week.
- Common sense
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
