Position Summary : The Court Service Coordinator for Drug and Recovery is responsible for overseeing and managing cases within a drug court or recovery court setting. This role involves coordinating with treatment providers, monitoring participant progress, managing case documentation, and ensuring compliance with court orders. The coordinator works to facilitate successful rehabilitation and reintegration of individuals into the community.
Key Responsibilities :
- Case Management :
Coordinate the scheduling and management of drug court hearings, treatment sessions, and other related appointments.
Serve as a liaison between the court, treatment providers, and participants, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
Prepare and process court documents related to drug and recovery cases, including progress reports, compliance notices, and case summaries.
Monitor participants' adherence to court orders and treatment plans, including attending mandated sessions and submitting required reports or drug tests.
Collaborate with treatment providers, probation officers, social workers, and other stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive approach to participant recovery.
Prepare regular reports on participant progress, program effectiveness, and any issues for review by judges and other court officials.
Engage with community organizations and resources to build partnerships that support participants’ recovery and reintegration.
