The principal purpose of this position is to provide oversight and support to the DeCoach Recovery Centre southern region locations. A successful operations director will be a community steward, maintain excellent leadership qualities and have a desire to ensure the smooth facilitation of mental health and addiction treatment services.
Key Responsibilities:Operational Oversight:
- Supervise day-to-day operations across facilities in the region.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
- Monitor and improve operational efficiencies, budgets, and resource allocation.
Leadership & Team Development:
- Lead and mentor facility directors and staff.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and accountability.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and retention of qualified staff.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement and monitor quality improvement programs.
- Ensure consistent delivery of evidence-based practices and high-quality care.
- Conduct regular audits and performance reviews.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to achieve regional and corporate goals.
- Identify opportunities for growth, including new program development or expansion.
- Analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Financial Management:
- Manage budgets and financial performance for regional operations.
- Develop strategies to improve revenue and cost efficiency.
Qualifications:
- A degree in business administration, healthcare management, social work, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operational leadership, preferably in the substance use disorder and mental health field.
- Strong understanding of compliance standards in behavioral health and addiction treatment.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze complex situations and make decisions.
