Your Day-to-Day:
- Perform painting and handyman tasks such as minor repairs, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
- Repair and maintain asphalt and other surfaces
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor maintenance issues
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure the longevity of equipment and facilities
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs
- Report any major repair needs to the supervisor promptly
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Keep an inventory of tools and supplies, and notify management when restocking is necessary
What We Need from You:
- Previous experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Physical stamina to perform maintenance duties, including lifting and moving objects as needed
- Familiarity with various tools and equipment used in maintenance work
