The Showroom Liaison Assistant will assist the Showroom Liaison with daily tasks. Daily tasks will vary depending on current projects. This position requires a minimum of 20 hour per week commitment. Heavy lifting of up to 60 lbs. can be expected. Weekly short distance driving is also required to deliver samples to and from the Denver Showroom to the Decorative Materials warehouse.

Responsibilities
Showroom Back Room Organization:
- Process and distribute all incoming UPS shipments, check in samples, package outgoing UPS.
- Log incoming samples in NetSuite and distribute to appropriate Design Consultant team.
- Assist with overall cleanliness and organization of showroom, both front and back of house.
Monthly Showroom Sample Replenishment:
- Tally inventory samples and send out monthly replenishment list.
- Tally custom vendor samples, enter purchase orders, and process the sample orders.
- Put away sample swatches, tear sheets, and label showroom samples.
Inventory Product Launches - Assisting Warehouse Staff:
- Enter PO’s for inventory samples.
- Make swatches - includes washing, labeling, and gluing.
- Create labels for new products as needed.
- Pull and label catalogs and architectural binders.
- Order and pull tear sheets.
- Monthly inventory of all literature, swatches, and other sales tools.
Daily Tasks May Include:
- Assisting with overall cleanliness and organization of showroom.
- Answering incoming calls.
- Assisting with trade event planning/setup/cleanup.
- Ordering marketing materials.
- Filling in for the Showroom Liaison as needed – front desk coverage.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
