We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Dedicated Financial Team in Lewes, DE. Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry: Accurately enter and update client information into our database systems.
- Document Management: Assist in organizing and managing files and documents.
- Administrative Support: Provide general office support, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
- Client Interaction: Occasionally communicate with clients to gather necessary information or provide updates.
- Office Coordination: Help maintain office supplies and ensure a well-organized work environment.
- Client Service Management: Manage client service forms, including completing, submitting, tracking, and confirming with clients.

Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
