Essential Functions of the Job
- Oversee a team of Account Executives within the NSO
- Oversee Contract Administrators and the successful completion of their job duties
- Oversee Homecare Advocates and the successful completion of their job duties
- Develop growth strategies, plans, and goals for each pertinent division and department
- Research trends and create new opportunities to increase revenue
- Manage team members’ performance to ensure team members are achieving goals
- Maintain excellent business relationships with all current and future clients and sub-vendors
- Assist in training new team members to develop their skills
- Collaborate with multiple departments within the company in a professional manner
- Maintain a strong understanding of services and innovate new ways to serve clients
- Complete special projects as requested by VP of Sales and Executive Officers
- Complete office duties as assigned
- Work in an office environment on a full-time basis unless otherwise specified by the Executive Team
