Job Description
For starters: This LCAM position only requires managing one (1) HOA and never more than that unless you wanted to which would come with additional compensation unlike other companies that pile on the properties without piling on the money. This is NOT a portfolio manager hire. ONE HOA to manage.
An ideal candidate possesses a "do what it takes attitude" to perform at his/her peak. An ideal candidate is a disciplined self starter, reliable, dependable, and is committed.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but not limited to)
- To be a full time On-Site manager between office and nearby property
- Assist a friendly Board of Directors to manage the property
- Process Purchaser Applications
- Oversee vendor activity
- Inspect for violations
- Supervise maintenance personnel (one person)
- Obtain proposals for Association repairs
- Attend 1 Board Meeting per month (3rd Thursday)
- Be available nights & weekends to handle emergencies (extremely rare)
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-2 years HOA or Condo management experience preferred
- Current Florida CAM license
- Attention to detail and great with people
- Reliable transportation
Position is available now. $55k-$65k depending on experience and abilities. Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance is available.
