Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Senior SCCM Expert to work for us as our direct, W2 salaried or hourly employee to join our team. You will:
- Group Policy Updates Assess and modernize outdated Group Policies affecting desktop performance, with the goal of improving PC boot times and overall system responsiveness. The consultant will tailor solutions to fit our unique IT environment.
- Windows 11 Upgrade Enhancement Design and implement an automated upgrade process for transitioning desktops and laptops from Windows 10 to Windows 11. This role requires strong proficiency in debugging and scripting, particularly with PowerShell.
- SCCM Packaging The team regularly receives requests to update or deploy additional software within the environment. This candidate will leverage modern packaging methods and possess expertise in packaging both UWP and MSI-based applications
- Other Technical Debt Projects experience with Intune and mobile device management (MDM) to support this migration and ongoing administration
- Mentoring employees and establish SCCM Best Practices
Required Skills and Experience:
- SCCM/Intune Certified
- Strong communication and mentoring abilities
