Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Business Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys in complex commercial litigation and business dispute matters. This role focuses on cases involving breach of contract, shareholder and partnership disputes, collection matters, and other high-stakes corporate matters. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of corporate structures and litigation strategy, and excels at managing the intricacies of large-scale, document-heavy cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support attorneys in all stages of corporate business litigation, including drafting and organizing pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
- Assist in fact development and case strategy by reviewing contracts, corporate records, and business correspondence.
- Manage complex document review projects, including eDiscovery, privilege review, and production in coordination with internal and external teams.
- Conduct legal research related to corporate law, business torts, regulatory compliance, collections law, and case law relevant to ongoing litigation.
- Prepare case chronologies, deposition summaries, and trial binders for high-stakes litigation.
- Coordinate filings with state and federal courts, including commercial divisions and regulatory agencies.
- Track and manage deadlines, docketing, and litigation calendars for multiple matters across jurisdictions.
- Support attorneys in pre-litigation investigations, internal audits, and communications with opposing counsel and regulatory bodies.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with legal procedures and corporate governance policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree with Paralegal Certificate; strong preference for ABA-approved programs.
- Minimum 4 years of paralegal experience, with significant time spent supporting complex business or commercial litigation.
- Solid understanding of corporate law, entity structures, financial documentation, and litigation processes.
- Proficient in litigation support tools (e.g., Relativity, Concordance, CaseMap) and legal research platforms (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
