Position Overview:
The Office Manager / Office Administrator will play a crucial role in maintaining office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow, and keeping team members accountable. This individual must be organized, reliable, and unafraid to take charge when needed. They will be responsible for implementing office procedures, managing administrative tasks, and supporting the overall success of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain office structure, processes, and organizational systems.
- Keep track of deadlines, tasks, and follow-ups to ensure accountability.
- Handle administrative tasks such as document management, data entry, and correspondence.
- Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and general office upkeep.
- Support leadership with scheduling, communication, and operational needs.
- Ensure efficiency in office operations by identifying and implementing improvements.
- Communicate effectively with team members and provide necessary support.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration, office management, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to create and implement office processes and maintain order.
- Excellent communication skills—must be comfortable keeping people accountable and speaking up when necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other administrative tools.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Experience in real estate, property management, or investment firms is a plus but not required.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
