What are the responsibilities and job description for the Restaurant Director of Operations position at DEE Consulting?
The director will be hands on in the venue working also as the GM. Must have fine dining. Top Japanese restaurant experience a big plus (Example – Nobu)
Direct Operations for the Las Vegas venue and preparing for growth ahead of the brand, establishing training, operational standards, team building, sales growth, etc...
Build the business and build the management team to develop team.
Big Plus/Not a Must- Japanese cuisine experience leading large scale operations in a fine dining environment. You will be opening new restaurants as well.
Must have high volume restaurant experience
Salary plus discretionary bonus
Will relocate for right person
