Job Summary

Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
- Manage the reservation system and maintain an organized waitlist.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth service.
- Answer phone calls with professionalism, providing information about menu items and making reservations.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host area.
- Assist in training new staff members on guest services protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette to handle inquiries professionally.
- Familiarity with FOCUS POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
