Account Coordinator

What You’ll Do
- Manage and oversee customer accounts after the sale, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Set up and coordinate jobs, submit quotes, and oversee the purchasing process to ensure timely completion.
- Dispatch service technicians and monitor preventative maintenance and service jobs.
- Work closely with Account Managers to identify customer opportunities and drive business growth.
- Process customer orders and assist various departments with customer-related issues (invoicing, tracking, troubleshooting, etc.).
- Maintain accurate records of quotes, contracts, and customer communications.
- Provide customers with real-time updates on order status and job progress.
- Utilize tracking programs to follow up on orders and ensure smooth operations.
- Serve as a backup for departmental personnel as needed.
- Update and communicate changes to customer procedures and training materials.
What We’re Looking For
- Two or more years of Account Management experience in HVAC, Refrigeration, Electrical, Plumbing, or Construction.
- Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Additional Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- College degree preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
