You may be a strong fit if you have :
- 10 years of experience across relevant hands-on and management positions
- Experience building and managing large GPU clusters to train cutting-edge models.
- Knowledge of GPU cluster hardware, performance, and interconnects, improving the utilization and reliability of GPU clusters.
- Experience with HPC (High-Performance Computing) and FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Arrays)
- Experience with distributed training tools & concepts such as torch.distributed, NCCL, MPI, etc.
- A proven track record in fast-growing companies or startups
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects from start to finish and work independently
- The ability to move quickly and learn through practical experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication and collaboration skills.
