What You’ll Do:
- Schedule and manage subcontractors effectively
- Coordinate appointments with government agents and inspectors
- Assist walk-in retail customers with professionalism and care
- Support outside sales efforts across multiple counties
- Provide excellent customer service, both in-person and over the phone
- Juggle multiple tasks while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Follow through on projects with minimal supervision
- Make confident, smart decisions in fast-paced situations

Who We are:
Deep Reflection, Inc is a 27 year old company who's products and services are primarily centered around the federal markets. We currently support numerous federal agencies in more than 10 states through our sub-contracting initiatives. We also operate a growing retail store in our Wilkesboro location that caters to our local and surrounding communities.
Preferred Experience:
- Office administration or coordination background
- Familiarity with retail and sales support
- Experience working with government or contractor scheduling is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends
Work Location: In person
