The Role:
We are hiring a Regional Sales Executive to own the Texas Hill Country sales territory. You will build relationships with ranch brokerages, feed and supply stores, hunting outfitters, exotic ranchers, and landowners, driving new business to Deer Camp Digital. You will represent a brand that understands the outdoor business and is already producing success stories.
What You’ll Do:
- Own and develop a regional sales pipeline in the Hill Country.
- Attend Tradeshows. Join the Chamber of Commerce. Maybe even drive a Deer Camp wrapped truck!
- Build relationships with decision-makers in ranching, hunting, and outdoor businesses.
- Sell Deer Camp Digital’s proven digital marketing solutions, including websites, social media, content, and lead generation.
- Work closely with the founders and sales leadership as we scale the team and expand across the U.S.
- Be the face of Deer Camp Digital at events, client meetings, and on the ground with our outdoor community.
Who You Are:
- Based in Texas Hill Country with a deep understanding of the outdoor lifestyle.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, or outdoor products.
- Independent and self-driven—you thrive in a startup environment and can build a book of business from scratch.
- Passionate about hunting, ranching, fishing, and outdoor brands. You speak the language of our clients.
Compensation:
This is a startup sales role with significant growth potential.
- Day 1: Base salary of $36,000 annually, paid bi-weekly as you build your book of business (0-7 paying clients).
- 6 -12 Months: Shift to a revenue share model once you achieve a defined monthly sales bookings threshold (10 or so clients), we expect your take home pay to be near an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $65,000 - $75,000 annually.
