Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills. As a Bartender, you will create memorable experiences for our guests by serving high-quality beverages in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to engage with patrons and provide outstanding hospitality will be key to your success in this role.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink offerings.
- Operate the POS system efficiently, processing orders and payments accurately.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages.
- Monitor inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed, and assisting with ordering when necessary.
- Handle cash and credit transactions responsibly while maintaining accurate records.
- Provide excellent customer service in a nightclub or fine dining atmosphere, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in bartending or food service is required (at least 3 years);
- Familiarity with POS systems.
- A team player who can help foster a positive work environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests.
- Please provide at least 2 references
Preferred
- Food handler certification. (We can help with this. However, applicants already having certifications is a plus).
- RBS certification (We can help with this. However, applicants already having certifications is a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
