Executive Director - Deer Ridge

We are seeking an enthusiastic leader to join us as an Executive Director who holistically operates a Koelsch Community at Deer Ridge Memory care!

Full-time opportunity! MON - FRI.

Earn $95,000 - $120,000, dependent on experience; Salaried / Exempt position with monthly bonus opportunities!

Who you are:

Leadership is at the core of this role. You have actively managed multiple departments in a professional setting with organizational and management success. You will manage a Senior Living Community effectively and profitability in accordance with company standards. You accept responsibility for the community operations - good or bad.

What you'll do:

• Oversee community staff and day-to-day operations; Actively manage multiple departments in a professional setting with organizational and management success
• Hire and supervise employees, ensuring adequate staff of quality associates
• Build positive relationships with residents of the community, their families, and staff members
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• A minimum of two years of related leadership experience is required or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must have a valid administrator license in states where required
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check, pass a drug screening, and abide by our Drug-Free Workplace policy
• Experience in the senior housing industry preferred
