Are you a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) looking to make a meaningful impact in the community? Deer Valley Home Health Services LLC is seeking a DMH Community RN to provide exceptional care and oversight for individuals receiving residential services.
🩺 Position: DMH Community RN (Part-Time, 10-20 hours/month)
📍 Location: Missouri
💰 Pay: $51,064 - $53,666 per year (prorated for part-time)

✔️ Monitor the health and safety of individuals in residential services
✔️ Conduct monthly face-to-face assessments & review medical records
✔️ Oversee medication management & specialized diets
✔️ Communicate with healthcare professionals & ISL Director on health status updates
✔️ Rotate on-call for medical concerns as assigned
✔️ Ensure compliance with DMH regulations & quality care standards
✅ RN License (Missouri, unrestricted)
✅ Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN/AAS)
✅ 1 year of experience in home health or 6 months with individuals with developmental disabilities
✅ Reliable transportation & ability to travel within the region
✅ BLS/CPR Certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
