PURPOSE OF POSITION: To ensure guest, member and employee satisfaction at Stag Lodge. To provide a safe environment for our guests, members and employees. To achieve budgeted profitability by adhering to Service and Safety Standards and exercise fiscal responsibility and sound management practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Nightly reconciliation of previous days business
Settle guest balances upon departure
Handle cash and credit card transactions
Check guests in and out
Assist guests with any reasonable requests
Efficiently operate MAESTRO
Give guest directions, information and instructions
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of Park City area
Ability to communicate clearly (spoken and written communication)
General understanding of computers and computer operating systems
Ability to maintain composure under pressure
Required to work night shifts
Possess a valid Utah state driver’s license in order to operate lodge vehicles to transport guests
Self-motivated
Must be able to lift 30 lbs, carry luggage and drive company vehicle
