Requirements :
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
Knowledge :
Comprehensive understanding of human resources principles, practices, and legal regulations, particularly in the hospitality industry.Familiarity with recruitment processes, employee onboarding, performance management, and retention strategies specific to hotel operations.Knowledge of labor laws and regulations affecting employment, including compliance with safety, health, and workplace standards.Awareness of industry trends and best practices in employee engagement and workforce development.Skills :
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with employees at all levels within the organization.Strong organizational and time-management skills, enabling the management of multiple priorities and deadlines.Proficiency in HR software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite, for data management and reporting purposes.Effective conflict resolution and negotiation skills to address employee relations issues and foster a positive workplace culture.Abilities :
