Job Overview
The Deerfield Elementary School is seeking a dynamic, creative

Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons and instructional materials to students in accordance with the curriculum.
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe, respectful, and productive learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and needs, including working with students with autism or other special needs.
- Assist in the development of lesson plans that align with educational standards and objectives.
- Foster an inclusive atmosphere that encourages participation from all students.
- Ensure that all classroom materials are organized and available for student use.
Qualifications:
- MA certification required preferred
