Job Description:
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Group Account Director (GAD) to lead multiple healthcare communications/advertising accounts, manage client relationships, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the senior client partner, leading strategic discussions and fostering trusted relationships
- Develop and oversee the execution of brand strategies, ensuring alignment with client objectives and market trends
- Serve as a trusted resource, providing reliable and accurate information to both clients and internal teams
- Lead HCP and/or DTC marketing initiatives, overseeing campaign development across multiple channels
- Identify and drive organic growth opportunities, while supporting new business development efforts
- Possess a deep understanding of the assigned category and its potential parallels with other therapeutic areas
Qualifications & Experience:
- 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical advertising (agency experience required)
- Strong HCP and/or DTC marketing expertise, with a deep understanding of pharma regulations, MLR processes, and multichannel marketing
- Demonstrated ability to lead large accounts, drive strategic growth, and manage high-level client relationships
- Proven success in financial management, account profitability, and business development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree (Advanced degree a plus)
