Deerfield Veterinary Hospital is growing and looking for individuals to become part of our team! Must have an outgoing positive personality, strong communications skills and work well in team environment. Some weekend shifts required. Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: Familiar with veterinary and medical terms, dispense medication for pets, recommend and sell over-the-counter animal products, greet clients and their animals when they enter the hospital, ensure that clients' needs are met as quickly and efficiently as possible, check clients' addresses and phone numbers for accuracy, update client information on a computer, schedule appointments, communicate by telephone, take messages, describe veterinary services offered and the cost of procedures, confirm appointments, create computer invoices and present to clientele, apply payments to accounts receivable, record veterinary medical record and keep reception area clean and orderly.
