- Oversee daily operations of the front desk to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain policies and procedures to enhance patient experience and streamline operations.
- Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring adherence to medical terminology and confidentiality standards.
- Coordinate communication between patients, healthcare providers, and administrative staff to facilitate effective care delivery.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly, fostering a welcoming environment for all patients.
- Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and standards within the office setting.

*Requirements*
- Experience in a medical office or dental office setting is preferred.
