NJ Mobile podiatry practice, www.homefootcareservices.com, (14 doctors) is looking to hire   Full time 40 hrs a week  MEDICAL OFFICE experienced, people-friendly, Reliable Medical Scheduling Coordinator to work from home permanently position. NJ resident.

Responsibilities include :

  • Appointment confirmations for multiple doctors.
  • Processing new patients.
  • Answering the phones.
  • Working with EMR.
  • Route scheduling software.

All necessary training will be provided.

Working hours 9am - 5 PM  Mon - Friday

Requirements :

  • Must have prior medical office experience preferred in Podiatry Office.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Computer EMR skills / ability to multitask / details oriented.
  • No Students.
  • Reliable and hardworking.

    • Job Type : FULL time

    Work Remotely : yes in NJ.

    Salary : $19 - $21
