Key Responsibilities~
- Leverage our custom Salesforce platform to access customer information and record vital notes.
- Maintain a live installation performance spreadsheet—your organizational prowess will shine here!
- Proactively manage scheduling conflicts and back orders by reaching out to customers to reschedule with ease.
- Provide top-notch customer service, turning challenges with upset customers into opportunities to demonstrate your exceptional communication skills.
- Schedule appointments skillfully for our installation crews while identifying opportunities for increased efficiency.
- Coordinate logistics for crews, ensuring smooth transitions on installation days.
- Set and achieve weekly and monthly scheduling goals in collaboration with our Operations team.
- Deliver end-of-day reports to management, showcasing your accomplishments in daily scheduling and revenue tracking.
- A CRM-savvy scheduling whiz with a proven record of multitasking in high-pressure environments.
- A polished communicator, both verbally and in writing, who thrives in customer interactions and negotiations.
- Detail-oriented and organized, you have a professional demeanor that reassures customers and fosters positive relationships.
- Prior Scheduling experience is essential, and familiarity with the Home Improvement industry is a plus!
