What are the responsibilities and job description for the Concierge - seasonal position at Default (All-EOS Job Aggregator)?
Cape Cod's only double Forbes Five-Star resort is seeking a concierge. This person will be responsible for assisting guests with planning and executing all aspects of their stay with us. The role requires excellent verbal communication and organizational skills. The person must enjoy guest interaction and have the ability to provide gracious and anticipatory service following all resort standards. The role involves meeting guests and communicating with various departments within the resort.
The responsibilities of the concierge include:
- Greeting guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Arranging dinner reservations, activities on and off property, travel arrangements, and any additional guest requests to ensure a memorable stay
- Logging guests requests and following up to confirm all arrangements
- Assisting guest reception agents as necessary
- Utilizing the resort's property management system
- Maintaining a knowledge of Cape Cod and its points of interest and all daily activities at the resort
- Communicating any special guest requests to appropriate departments
A college degree and previous experience in a luxury hotel is preferred.
