What are the responsibilities and job description for the Reservations Supervisor position at Default (All-EOS Job Aggregator)?
The Reservations Team Supervisor has additional responsibilities including:
- Providing excellent customer service to all guests
- Accurately inputting reservation information including rooming lists, internet, travel agency and sales department requests
- Accommodating special guest requests, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction
- Understanding the sales strategy of the resort, property, and revenue management systems
- Ensuring that the reservations team has thorough knowledge of the resort’s features, amenities, special events/activities
- Monitoring performance of reservations agents for quality, consistency, and accuracy
- Ensuring that all group and wedding rooms requirements are accurately communicated
- Assisting reservations agents whenever necessary
The position requires previous hotel experience in a similar capacity and the ability to train and motivate a team.
