Job Overview:
The Revenue Analyst works directly with the Director of Revenue to maximize top line revenue through management of site inventory and pricing across all segments. In this role, you will be responsible for driving analysis, compiling reports and developing models to support business decisions across the portfolio under the guidance of the Director of Revenue.
Position Responsibilities:
- Build and publish daily pick-up reports for relevant stakeholders
- Build, map, and manage all rate/market/channel/room codes accurately across multiple systems, including the PMS, RMS, BI, CRS, OTA, and GDS.
- Audit all rate/market/channel/room codes monthly to ensure data cleanliness
- Publish daily/weekly/monthly reports from disparate data sources, such as STR, TravelClick, Lighthouse, RMS, PMS, Google Analytics, and others.
- Complete the commercial review deck for review by the wider team on a weekly basis
- Ensure data, rate, and inventory parity between all systems and channels on a daily basis and correct any issues.
- Load and manage all corporate consortia and negotiated rate plans in the CRS
- Update content across all distribution systems as directed
- Update settings and pricing in RMS as needed
- Implement any restrictions and inventory controls across all systems as directed
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports
- Ensure all requests are delivered in a timely manner
- Complete any other tasks assigned by the Director of Revenue or other commercial leaders as needed
Desired Requirements:
- Recent graduate with a degree relating to Revenue or Hospitality; or 2-3 years of experience in hotel front desk/reservations
- Quick learner for PMS systems; experience in hotel systems preferred.
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel and PowerPoint) are strongly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail is required.
- Must effectively manage and adhere to strict daily/weekly/monthly deadlines.
- Local to the New York City area.
This position has a salary range of $70,000 - $80,000 annually.
