A Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of cottages and public areas as assigned and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the guests’ experience while communicating effectively with other team members to anticipate and resolve any issues.

Reporting to our Housekeeping management team, a Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of cottages and public areas as assigned and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the guests’ experience while communicating effectively with other team members to anticipate and resolve any issues.
Job Description
Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Clean guest accommodations and common areas as assigned, including, but not limited to, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, sweeping, and mopping
- Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities, as needed
- Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed
- Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis.
- Dispose of trash and recyclables.
- Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
- Other duties as assigned
Education/Experience Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (e.g., housekeeping, hotel room attendant) is preferred.
