- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Meet and greet our guest who wishes to have a terrific facial. § Provides exceptional and professional facial/skin treatments to guests.
- Maintains treatment room with supplies and ensure excellent neatness throughout shift
- Complies with all procedural guidelines pertinent to facials and has excellent guest service skills
- Interacts exceptionally well with spa team and leaders and is able to multitask in team environment
- Review facial services with guests.
- Learns about precautions and contradictions for facials/skin care before every session.
- Explain method and applicable techniques appropriately to guest needs as well as preferences.
- Ensure to observe customer reaction to facial treatment as well as modify as required
- Maintain confidentiality as well as any sensitivity related to guest.
- Is responsible for ensuring room is clean, sanitized and properly maintained in accordance with policy and or law.
- Provides a comfortable and relaxing spa experience for the guest ensuring extreme safety. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: In addition to the performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform additional functions according to the needs of the spa and as assigned by the Director of Spa. These responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Be on time for your shift. Work well with your team and provide a positive experience to the guest. - QUALIFICATION STANDARDS: Education: High school diploma or GED Experience:

- At least one year of consistent, steady work experience as an esthetician.
- Must have proper and active certification.
