Compensation Manager- Onsite
This Is What You’ll Do:
- Compensation Strategy & Design:
- Develop and maintain compensation strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Create and implement competitive salary structures and incentive programs.
- Market Analysis & Benchmarking:
- Conduct market analyses to compare compensation packages with industry trends.
- Evaluate job market trends and adjust compensation policies accordingly.
- Job Evaluation & Grading:
- Develop and maintain job descriptions and classification systems.
- Conduct job evaluations to establish salary ranges and ensure internal equity.
- Compliance & Governance:
- Ensure compensation programs comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Stay updated with compensation-related laws and best practices.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with HR, Finance, and senior leadership to design and execute compensation plans.
- Advise leadership on compensation-related matters, including salary adjustments and promotions.
- Data Management & Analysis:
- Manage compensation data and provide detailed reports to support decision-making.
- Monitor and analyze trends to continuously improve compensation programs.
- Communication & Training:
- Educate managers and employees about the organization’s compensation philosophy and programs.
- Provide guidance on salary negotiations, adjustments, and employee queries.

This Is What It Takes:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Master’s degree or certification (e.g., CCP) preferred.
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in compensation management, with leadership experience preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
- Knowledge of compensation laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS and compensation management tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality.
