To be eligible for this position, you must meet the following qualifications and requirements:
- Specialized experience interpreting Human Resources laws (Title 5), policies, and regulations.
- Operations Human Resources (HR) Specialist experience in at least one HR Program area: recruitment and staffing, classification, employee and labor relations, policy, or compensation.
- Decision Support, Human Capital Management, Human Resource Concepts, Policies and Laws, and Strategic Thinking competencies.
- Meet qualification and time-in-grade requirements within 30 days after the closing date of this announcement.
