AOI Operator (2nd Shift)

Brea, CA

Monday to Friday, 2 : 30 pm to 11 : 00 pm

Temp-to-Hire | Pay : $21-$24 per hour

We are seeking an AOI Programmer Level 1 to perform programming, validation, debugging, and operator training for 2D AOI equipment. This role ensures products and processes meet quality standards by identifying issues, developing corrective measures, and implementing quality control systems.

Responsibilities :

Create and optimize programs for 2D AOI machines.

Edit, debug, and validate AOI inspection programs.

Use precision instruments to ensure adherence to specifications.

Monitor and correct programming issues.

Generate and analyze machine reports for various departments.

Troubleshoot machine and process-related issues.

Train other staff on machine instructions and updates.

Qualifications :

High School Diploma or equivalent.

3-5 years of experience in electronics assembly or similar industry.

Certified IPC Specialist (CIS).

Knowledge of AOI equipment and procedures.

Ability to interpret engineering documentation and work instructions.

Skilled in reading blueprints, drawings, and PCB Gerbers.

Proficient in measuring resistors and capacitors.
