Concierge Security

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various situations with poise and professionalism. The Concierge will also be responsible for maintaining security protocols and assisting in loss prevention efforts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out processes.
• Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and transportation services.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve conflicts in a calm and efficient manner.
• Monitor surveillance systems (CCTV) to ensure the safety of guests and property.
• Assist in emergency situations by providing first aid or coordinating with law enforcement if necessary.
• Maintain a secure environment by implementing loss prevention strategies.
• Collaborate with other staff members to enhance guest experiences.
• Keep accurate records of guest interactions and incidents.

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred.
• Skills in conflict management, surveillance, first aid, and loss prevention are highly desirable.
• Certification in CPR or related first aid training is a plus.
• Familiarity with law enforcement or military experience can be beneficial.
• Knowledge of operating CCTV systems is advantageous.

Expected hours: 40 per week

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Night shift
• Overnight shift
• Weekends as needed
