Job description: FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE ROLE
You will perform a range of duties including but not limited to; answering phone calls, maintaining the office communications between guests and therapists. Assisting guests with the check in and check out process to ensure all appropriate paperwork is completed. Provide support and resources to staff. Assist with phone calls, scheduling appointments, cash handling and facility cleanliness. Office cleaning and sanitizing. Answering emails and producing emails. Social media posts.
Your central goal is to provide our clients with outstanding customer service and support. As the ‘face’ of our company, the successful candidate will be presentable and friendly, with outstanding people’s skills. You should have a talent for multi-tasking, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.
- Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper. Ensure the front desk is having guests fully complete all necessary documentation.
- Answer all client questions, incoming calls and emails.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages.
- Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
- Assist with inventory tracking
- Maintain records and files. Maintain guest and company confidentiality.
- Chores around the facility including but not limited to; laundry duties, room cleanliness, lobby, recovery room, restroom cleanliness, disposing of trash in outside bins and overall facility cleanliness.
- Money handling. Ensuring accuracy and immediately reporting errors, shortages or overages.
- Upselling services and products. Meeting sales goals and metrics.
- Create social media and marketing photos and videos
Work Activities
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Documenting/Recording Information — Entering, transcribing, recording, storing, or maintaining information in written or form.
- Selling or Influencing guests- Convincing others to buy merchandise/goods or to otherwise change their minds or actions.
- Maintaining guest profile details such as personal contact information.
- Providing assistance in the Recovery Lounge by administering Spot Treatments, NormaTec/GameReady Compression and Whole Body Cryo safely and efficiently
- Safely and efficiently administer localized cryotherapy to guests
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Taking and de-escalating customer concerns and or complaints.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 – 28 per week
