What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hand cutter, robot cutter and Gluing position at Deflex Composite inc.?
Deflex is seeking an individual for the Robot and Hand Cutting Department who is self-motivated, willing to learn & has good work ethic.
*Works with Power Tools*
- Preheat every morning
- Inspect the cutter.
- Run the program.
- Clean dust collector
- Clean the robot room every day
- Inspect the cutting line before the gluing operation
- Hand Cutting
- Machine maintenance every month
- Change glue
- Clean and maintain the glue gun
- Glue following the specs
- Trim and install bolts and other hardware

- $18 per hour depending on the department. An evaluation will be done every 3 and 6 months.
- Monday to Thursday 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- 38 hours of paid work 40 hours
Requirements:
- Ability to work with power tools
- Attention to Detail
- Background in CNC or programming preferred
- Strong work ethic
