Position Overview:
We’re seeking a motivated and customer-focused BDC Sales Specialist to join our Business Development Center (BDC) team. In this role, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for potential customers, managing inbound leads and driving sales opportunities. You’ll work directly with our sales team to ensure leads are followed up on in a timely and professional manner, helping to convert inquiries into satisfied customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Respond to inbound inquiries from various sources, including phone calls, emails, and web leads, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Customer Engagement: Build rapport with potential customers, understand their needs, and effectively schedule appointments for test drives or consultations.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions of leads and provide any necessary follow-up information to drive sales conversion.
- CRM Management: Accurately input and update customer data into our CRM system to track interactions and manage follow-ups.
- Follow-Up: Consistently follow up with leads who have shown interest in our vehicles or services to nurture relationships and drive sales.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments for customers to meet with sales representatives, ensuring they have an outstanding experience from start to finish.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service at every interaction, maintaining a friendly, professional, and customer-first attitude.
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus. Experience in automotive sales or BDC roles is ideal but not required.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to engage and influence customers in a professional manner.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and phone systems. Previous experience with automotive CRM software is a plus.
- Customer-Centric: A passion for delivering excellent customer service, with a genuine desire to help customers find the right vehicle.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple leads and appointments while maintaining accurate records and following up in a timely manner.
- Self-Motivated: Strong work ethic and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
