Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and hard-working Body Shop Clean-Up & Reconditioning Specialist to support our busy body shop. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment, assisting with vehicle preparation, and ensuring that all vehicles are prepped and reconditioned to meet our high standards. If you are detail-oriented, reliable, and enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in prepping vehicles for repair and reconditioning by removing debris and prepping surfaces.
- Wash, wax, and detail vehicles as part of the reconditioning process.
- Ensure that work areas are safe, organized, and ready for the repair team.
- Assist with inventory management, ensuring that supplies are stocked and available when needed.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail during each phase of the repair and reconditioning process.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an automotive environment is a plus, but not required.
- A strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
- Team player with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
