This role involves leveraging CRM and sales tools, engaging prospects via LinkedIn and direct outreach, and collaborating closely with our Charter, MRO, and FBO divisions to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Outbound Campaign Management: Develop and execute targeted outbound campaigns using CRM/Sales Outbound systems to identify and engage potential clients.
- Prospect Engagement: Utilize platforms like LinkedIn for networking and initiate direct communication through calls and messages to establish connections with prospective clients.
- Lead Qualification: Monitor responses from outbound campaigns and website inquiries, assess potential clients’ needs, and qualify leads for further engagement.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with Charter, MRO, and FBO divisions to align outreach efforts and ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and facilitate meetings between qualified leads and the appropriate division representatives, ensuring a smooth transition from prospecting to service engagement.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and client information within the CRM system to support effective follow-up and relationship management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in business development or sales, preferably within the aviation industry.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems such as Salesforce, Pipedrive, or HubSpot.
- Experience with LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms for lead generation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse client profiles.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
