Our Entry Level Sales Associate is a fundamental component to our client's program and is responsible for communicating with Verizon Customers on a daily basis, maintaining a relationship, and ensuring complete satisfaction while achieving sales performance objectives.
Responsibilities Of Our Entry Level Sales Associate:
- Work directly face to face with Verizon's customers to educate them on products and services and complete the sales process with anyone who qualifies
- Present products such as wireless devices, internet set ups, and even landlines to customers
- Utilize unbelievable customer service and negotiation skills to enhance the sales pipeline and customer loyalty
- Partake in the sales process, account set up, client management training and onboarding process
- Assist the Upper Management team in establishing and surpassing customer service and sales goals for the team, further increasing revenue for our clients
- Communicate professionally and regularly with other entry-level team members to troubleshoot any issues swiftly and efficiently
- Maintain up-to-date on changing product knowledge, pricing, and compliance regulations to ensure the ultimate success of our customer service & sales representatives, and a stellar customer experience
Entry Level Sales Associate Qualifications:
- Experience in Customer Service and/or Sales
- Ease of handling high-pressure situations with a diverse group of people
- Exceptional time management skills with the flexibility to pivot on a dime and resolve issues promptly
- The ability to adapt to different situations and environments
- Negotiation skills, public speaking, and presentation skills
- A high degree of professionalism with impeccable communication skills
- Ability to work a Monday through Saturday working schedule
Position Overview:
- Employment Type: This is a full-time employee position
- Pay: 100% commission - On average a minimum of 1 order is completed per day per employee.
- Hours: This position is Monday-Saturday with an average of 30-40 hours per week
- Location: This position will be based out of our office in San Diego and an assigned territory to cover. Entry Level Sales Associates will be working face to face with customers
- Client Products & Services: We work with Telecommunication clients like Verizon, promoting and signing up new customers for their wireless and internet services
