An Entry Level Sales Associate serves as the primary liaison between our company, customers and clients, focusing on both sales and account enrollment. The Entry Level Sales Associate key responsibilities include identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and presenting products or services that align with those needs.
Entry Level Sales Associate Duties:
- Identifying potential customers through outreach, customer engagement and the enrollment process of who could benefit from Verizon’s offerings
- Initiating contact with prospects to understand their requirements and demonstrate how the products or services can meet those needs
- Developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers and clients to foster trust and encourage repeated sales to manage accounts
- Discussing terms, pricing, and contracts with customers to arrive at mutually beneficial agreements
- Assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction
- Process a customer's full enrollment in services having empathy and understanding of their current service and situation
