What are the responsibilities and job description for the Job Site Maintenance position at DeHaan Homes?
DeHaan Homes is looking to add to its team of dedicated employees! We are currently looking for 1-2 people to fill the full-time role of Site/Shop Maintenance.
- Responsible for job site cleanliness. Ensuring all trash is picked up, all leaves are blown, and sidewalks/drives are clear.
- Responsible for using skills in an effective and efficient way to maintain the DeHaan standard of quality.
- Responsible for periodic and scheduled maintenance issues at the shop and office – furnace filters, lights, etc.
- Responsible for organization of shop storage facility.
- Maintenance of storage and dump trailers.
- Responsible for appearance, timely placement and aesthetic of all job signs.
- Assure outside of office building is clean and organized.
- Responsible for the organization and cleanliness of tools, product and equipment at shop and on jobsite used in areas they are working in.
- Other duties as assigned.
Must have the skills to prioritize a variety of tasks and deadlines and willingness to collaborate with a team to accomplish goals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
