We are a well-established medical spa looking for an experienced Front Desk Coordinator to join our team for immediate hiring.
Front Desk Coordinator is the first face a patient sees when they walk into the med spa and the last interaction they have when they walk out. The ideal candidate is an energetic, friendly, compassionate, professional, trustworthy, hardworking, self motivated individual dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. An ideal applicant will have the following: Minimum 1 year experience as a front desk coordinator at a Dermatologist, Plastic Surgeon or Medical Spa. A passion for the skincare, the beauty industry and a basic knowledge of skin care products and popular aesthetic treatments such as micro-needling, Laser treatments, chemical peels, cosmetic injectables and more. Calm & Professional Demeanor and ability to make patients feel comfortable and welcome. Excellent phone skills, good listening skills, trustworthy, hardworking and reliable. Ability to work as part of a team. Ability to multitask, have exceptional attention to detail and work independently.

- Strong presentation as well as effective written and verbal communication skills to build good relationships and rapport with patients and office staff as well as present organization or business related information clearly.
- Scheduling patients, checking patients in and out, maintaining and updating patient records.
- Effective customer service skills and ability to maintain a polite and professional behavior.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills as well as ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and within deadlines.
- Strong motivational and leadership skills and an overall team player.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment as well as work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Good working knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures as well as demonstrated ability to operate and manage multi-line phone system, copiers, printers, scanners, and other standard office equipment and machines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows environment including Word, Excel and spreadsheets as well as the ability to learn about new computer technologies and various office equipment.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills as well as ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality of the sensitive information.
- Managing paper or electronic filing systems as well as maintaining accurate documents, correspondence, or other materials. Maintained cleanliness and organization of reception area.
