We are hiring experienced lash artists and those without previous lash training. Studio Manager position also available. Studio Manager position requires lash experience. Esthetician or Cosmetology license required for all positions. We provide Paid Lash Training.

Responsibilities
- Selling memberships, products, and services
- Client management, inclusive of checking clients in/out and building customer loyalty
- Providing clients with a great customer experience
- Following Deka Lash Training to become certified in all services
- Lash Extensions, Lash Lifting, Lash Tinting
- Brow Lamination, Brow Tinting, and Brow Shaping
Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- Esthetician License or Cosmetology License
- Positive, proactive, and a team player
- Passionate about the beauty industry
- Willing to learn lash application technique specific to Deka Lash
- Is willing to learn and grow and continues to develop and perfect skills
- Previous experience accepted but no experience required
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
