Responsibilities

• Apply eyelash extensions with precision and care, ensuring the desired look is achieved for each client.
• Sanitate all tools and workspaces according to industry standards to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Provide excellent customer service by listening to clients' needs and offering professional advice on eyelash care.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in eyelash extensions and beauty treatments to provide clients with the best options available.
• Maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for clients while promoting a positive team environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols in a beauty setting.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Certification or training in eyelash extension application is mandatory.
