What are the responsibilities and job description for the Principal position at DeKalb County Eastern Community School District?
The elementary principal is the educational leader of the building. He/she will report to the Superintendent and is delegated the responsibility for the organization and management of the elementary school. In general, the responsibilities include the function of personnel and personnel management, student programs and supervision, curriculum evaluation and development, community relations, office management, physical operations, and such other responsibilities deemed necessary by Board policy or Superintendent's recommendation.
